Deacons
Servant leadership is the primary purpose of a Deacon at Mt Carmel Baptist Church. Deacons serve in a myriad of important ministries such as encouragement and visitation to practical help like parking and serving the body on campus. Deacons are called to a servant/partnership ministry under the leadership of the Pastor and work in coordination with staff, teams, and committees.
