Why Are We Pursuing This? Why Now?
Our church is experiencing growth, and with that growth comes the need for more space to connect, fellowship, and serve effectively. The new lobby will not only accommodate our current needs but also prepare us for future opportunities to reach and minister to more people. The urgency of this campaign is driven by our desire to remove barriers to connection, create inviting spaces, and support our mission of helping people take their next step in Christ. Expanding our parking and enhancing our facilities will help us meet the needs of our congregation and the community we serve.

Is There an Element of Discipleship and Spiritual Growth?
Absolutely! This campaign is not just about building physical space but about creating opportunities for spiritual growth and deeper engagement with God and His church. By participating in the campaign, individuals will have the chance to explore what generosity means as a spiritual discipline, seeing their giving as a tangible expression of their faith. Increased generosity is more than just meeting a financial goal; it represents a heart transformation where people move toward greater trust in God, stewardship of His resources, and alignment with His mission.

If we are able to complete this project, we believe God will use it to bring about deeper community, more meaningful connections, and a greater capacity to serve our congregation and community. This dream fulfills our vision of being a welcoming church where people can gather, grow, and go out into the world to make an impact. We envision this space being a catalyst for life change, discipleship, and mission, aligning with our purpose of helping people take their next step in Christ.

Project Description
We plan to construct a new one-story entrance and fellowship lobby addition that can also be used as flex space as needed. This vibrant new lobby will include:

• Coffee Area: A dedicated space for coffee and spaces to enjoy with a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Info/Connect Center: A central hub to engage visitors and members, providing information and resources to connect with our church community.
• Ministry & Mission Displays: Highlighting our current missions and ministries, keeping everyone informed and inspired.
• Seating Areas with TVs: Grouped seating arrangements and strategically placed TVs to foster community and connection, allowing people to watch live services happening in the worship center.

In addition to the lobby expansion, the project also includes:

• Expanded Parking & Property Acquisition: Additional parking and property development to accommodate 92 more parking spaces, providing greater accessibility and room for continued growth.
• Multipurpose Community & Gathering Building: Construction of a metal multipurpose building designed to support future student ministry growth and larger church gatherings. This space will include a large-group meeting area for weekly student gatherings, as well as a kitchen area and restrooms, making it a flexible and functional space for a variety of ministry and fellowship uses.

These additions position us well to meet both current and future ministry needs, creating space for connection, discipleship, and outreach as God continues to grow our church.

Estimated Cost
The total project is estimated to cost between $1.6 million to $2 million to fully complete. This investment will provide our church with the space and resources needed to serve our community more effectively and make a lasting impact.
